In the February edition of Legal Management, Jobst Elster (Head of Content and Legal Market Strategy at InsideLegal) writes the cover story about “Legal Technology Startups: From Trend to the Norm,”* and discusses CodeX.

Says Elster: “…the fact is that in 2016 legal startups equipped to solve legal technology, business, process, productivity and legal access problems are here to stay—some thriving and ripe for big-ticket mergers and acquisitions (M&A), others firmly entrenched with technology incubators and venture capitalists, and others struggling to get funded and noticed.”

The core Codex group of advisors, students and supporters meet every week on campus and, according to Vogl, have had 50 to 70 startup demos and presentations over the last year. “
