2016 Women of Legal Tech

Law Technology Today is the legal technology blog of the American Bar Association’s Legal Technology Resource Center. Last year, LTT contributor Heidi Alexander posted a roster of 40  “Women of Legal Tech.” Her 2015 list included some very familiar members of our CodeX community, including Nicole Black (@nikiblack) [MyCase]; Stephanie Kimbro (@StephKimbro); Susan Cartier Liebel (@SCarierLiebel); and Sharon Nelson (@sharonnelsonewa) among others.

Yesterday, LTRC added 10 more women to the roster, and gave the list a new name. “From tech founders and CEOs to small business owners, women are making a big impact on legal tech in every field,” LTRC stated on the blog. “In keeping with the spirit of progress, the Legal Technology Resource Center is proud to present its inaugural “Women of Legal Tech” for 2016. Our goal is to celebrate the women currently in the legal tech space, and to encourage more women to join the ranks.”

And once again, many names will resonate as CodeX community friends. Here are the ten 2016 inductees, who this year were selected by the LTRC Board:
