Jeena Cho, co-author of The Anxious Lawyer: An 8-Week Guide to a Joyful and Satisfying Law Practice Through Mindfulness and Mediation, (published this month by the American Bar Association’s new imprint, Ankerwycke) is the latest women to be featured in ALM’s “STEM Cells” series. The goal of the series is to inspire girls and women (and men) to embrace science, technology, engineering and math, so they can help the legal profession to provide better, faster, cheaper and more transparent service to all.

STEM Cells: Jeena Cho

Cho has faced many hurdles, including conquering “unbearable anxiety.” She candidly shares her experiences as she overcame her challenges, with candor and flair.

As a Korean-American immigrant, “I know what’s it like to face a system that you don’t understand—and be victimized.” Instead, she learned from her experiences and has  built a career helping lawyers (and others)
to thrive in the legal community and in all
of life.
