Women in Legal Tech: Alison Grounds

Legaltech News’ profile series, “Women of Legal Tech” (aka STEM Cells) identifies women who are involved in our ecosystem and our agenda—people determined help lawyers adopt technology within the legal profession. We need to ameliorate the dismal 80 percent gap of access to justice in America and improve legal services throughout the legal profession, from the biggest law firms to corporate to government to solos.

Women in Legal Tech: Alison Grounds 1

This month’s spotlight goes to Alison Grounds, a partner at Troutman Sanders and managing director (and founder) of Troutman Sanders eMerge.

I hope you enjoy this month’s interview. Grounds is a fascinating, effective lawyer and great human being! She offers great advice and inspirations, for young girls—and women (and men) of all ages!

And If you will be at ILTA, please plan to attend the 3:30-4:30 panel, Women Who Lead educational session, “Women and Leadership: Same Problems, Same Approaches?”  See also: Awards & Accolades @ ILTACON
