> “Case to Watch: Law Firm Wants Gender Pay Suit in Arbitration,” by Stephanie Russell-Kraft, Bloomberg Big Law Business. Traci Ribeiro alleges that she has been denied an equity partnership at Sedgwick. Seyfarth Shaw represents the firm, J. Bryan Wood represents Ribeiro.

> Stanford Law School’s Women in Law Hackathon was held on June 23. The event was sponsored by SLS, Diversity Lab and Bloomberg Law. The Hackathon was a “Shark Tank”-style pitch competition to generate innovative ideas that will lead to greater retention and advancement of experienced women in law firms, said organizers.
