Our next CodeX summer meeting is this Thursday (August 16), from 1.30 p to 2.30 Pacific time, in Room N112 of the Neukom Building of the Stanford Law School.

Sachin Malhan, , CEO and Co-Founder, HumLab. HumLab fosters innovation in the legal industry and justice delivery system via efforts that include the HumLab accelerator; the HumLab, a convening of its community of innovators to generate ideas, inspiration, and action; and the Agami Prize, recognizing legal innovation and entrepreneurship in India. Sachin will be presenting remotely.

James (Jim) Beckett, , Co-Founder & CEO, Qualmet. Qualmet is a cloud-based platform used by law departments to measure, track, and improve performance of outside counsel, helping corporate legal teams enhance the business value derived from collaboration with their firms. Jim will be presenting remotely.

Jack Xu, Founder and CEO, PatentPal. PatentPal provides attorneys and inventors with an SaaS word processor for drafting patent applications, with AI-powered tools for language generation and real-time proofreading. By automating mechanical aspects of patent drafting, PatentPal aims to help attorneys reduce costs and improve patent quality. Jacki will be presenting from SLS.
