Dr. Roland Vogl, Executive Director of CodeX —The Stanford Center for Legal Informations.
Hi Everyone,
Our next CodeX meeting is this Thursday (Oct 3), from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Pacific. It will be in Room N112 of the Neukom Building of Stanford Law School.
Our guests will be:
Federico Ast, Founder & CEO, returns with an update on Kleros. Kleros is an Ethereum-based autonomous organization that works as a decentralized third party to arbitrate contract disputes, using game theory to incentivize correct case rulings. The result is a dispute resolution system that aims to render ultimate judgments enforced by smart contracts in a fast, inexpensive, transparent, and decentralized way.
Han Verstraete, Founder, CEO, Otonomos.com. Otonomos is a formation and filing agent for the crypto and blockchain economy, incorporating entities, tokenizing their stock, and building tools to help automate funding and governance. Han will present OtoCorp, a formation service for a blockchain-native Delaware LLC.
See you then!
Roland
