Ahti Saarenpää, Professor emeritus, University of Lapland, will speak about “Digital lawyers and the new basic method”. Ahti will discuss legal realism in the Nordic Countries, in particular in Finland, and how this method has to be changed in the knowledge and network society.
Tuomas Pöysti, Justice Chancellor, Finland (and Professor) will reflect on “Methods of Legal Informatics in the Quest for Context-Sensitive Cyber Security”. His presentation will touch on the intersection with computer science and the need to bring security solutions and HCI approaches together to have security solutions which work in practice.
