Stanford Law Professors File New Amicus Brief in Support of Trump-Targeted Law Firms

Stanford Law faculty are again backing the law firms targeted by President Trump’s executive orders.
In the latest effort, professors Phillip Malone and Mark Lemley represented a group of 595 law professors nationwide who signed onto an amicus brief in the D.C. Circuit opposing the Trump executive orders. Professors Pamela Karlan, Norm Spaulding, and Nora Freeman Engstrom helped draft earlier district court versions of the brief and almost three dozen Stanford Law faculty members signed it.
