Micah Quigley

Biography
Micah Quigley is a non-resident fellow at the Stanford Constitutional Law Center. His current research focuses on the ways in which habeas corpus law has (or has not) changed over time. He also wrote Article III Lawmaking, which won the University of Chicago’s Caplan Prize for Creative Legal Thinking and subsequently appeared in the George Mason Law Review.
Micah clerked for Judge Andrew Oldham on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for Judge Neomi Rao on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He is a graduate of Grove City College and of the University of Chicago Law School.
