Biography
As the Director of Academic Success, Sarah provides academic support and bar advising to law students. She also assists JD, joint degree, cooperative degree, and advanced degree law students with ensuring they meet the requirements for graduation. Prior to returning to Stanford Law, Sarah practiced complex commercial and securities litigation for six years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Cooley LLP.
Sarah received a JD/MA from Stanford Law and Stanford’s Graduate School of Education in 2018, and she is a member of the California and the Massachusetts state bars. She received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2013 and spent two years teaching elementary school in Brownsville, Brooklyn before attending Stanford. While at Stanford, Sarah participated in the Youth and Education Law Project clinic, was on the board of APILSA, and was a founding board member of the Youth and Education Advocates group.
