Please join the Rock Center for Corporate Governance for its first student lunch speaker series event of the year – an interactive discussion with Mike Callahan, the new Executive Director of the Rock Center and Professor of the Practice at SLS. Before joining the Rock Center, Mike served as general counsel of LinkedIn, auction.com and Yahoo! He will discuss his career path, the evolving role of the modern general counsel, and some of the hot corporate governance topics that the Rock Center will address this year, including the corporation in society and challenges in innovation and regulation.
