Professor Ron Tyler, a certified meditation instructor, offers 30 minutes of stillness together including time for discussion at the close of each session. All are welcome (students, faculty, and staff), no matter your familiarity or experience with meditation. Drops in are always welcome. Wednesdays, October 15 through November 19, with a special session on Tuesday, Oct. 7 for Wellness Week.
