Morrison Foerster produced a template Fair Carbon Transactions Term Sheet for a nonprofit, Namati, that will help inform and support stakeholders engaged in negotiations on carbon projects to advocate for fairness in these projects. MoFo has also developed a toolkit that communities will use to negotiate, implement, and manage benefit-sharing and community compensation agreements for projects in their communities.
