Biography
April Triantis currently serves as counsel for Titan Virtual Corp. April was an Associate Professor (General Faculty) and Director of the Law & Business Program at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she taught courses in corporate governance, contracts and private equity. While at UVA, April also co-authored and taught with faculty at Darden School of Business. Before teaching, April worked as an associate in the transactional corporate practices of Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago and Brown & Wood (merged with Sidley Austin in 2001) in New York. Her practice included a range of corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, debt tender and exchange offers. April received an LLM from New York University School of Law, a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and a BA from Eckerd College, and she is a member of the California Bar, New York Bar and Illinois Bar.
