Kay Cadena is the User Experience and Outreach Librarian at RCLL. She oversees service desk operations and works to identify and analyze user needs. Kay has worked at Stanford since 2015, first as the Serials Specialist and then as the Evening and Student Supervisor at the Bowes Art & Architecture Library.
