Steve Weissman is a lecturer at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and the co-founder and former Director of the Energy Law program at Berkeley Law, where he taught numerous energy law and policy courses. As a Fulbright Scholar, he taught at Universitat Rovira I Virgili in Tarragona, Spain. He came to UC Berkeley from the California Public Utilities Commission where he was an administrative law judge as well as policy and legal advisor to three different commissioners. He is an environmental mediator and a former Principal Consultant to the California Assembly Committee on Natural Resources.
