This policy lab inaugurates a new kind of partnership with the Office of the County Counsel for the County of Santa Clara.  Students will work with the office on both litigation and policy matters related to urgent local challenges. Possible issues include environmental protection, consumer protection, criminal justice, land use, the rights of immigrant residents, public health, and local finance. Enrollment is limited to law students.
