Entrepreneurship Clinic

The Entrepreneurship Clinic is Stanford Law School’s newest clinic. Launched in the Spring 2025 quarter by Professor Bernice Grant, it is the successor to the Organizations & Transactions Clinic (O&T), which was Stanford’s first corporate experiential course involving representation of real clients. The clinic continues to be a corporate experiential course, but the client base extends beyond nonprofit organizations to include low-income entrepreneurs and small businesses as well.
