As always, you can count on the two days of in-depth discussions on patent law with panels of leading experts that you’ve come to expect at APLI. This year, however, we are debuting a new programming format for Day 2. View the full agenda here.

The Day 2 agenda will consist of two separate, custom-designed tracks: Litigation and Prosecution

Each track will be held in a separate room, so you can attend sessions tailored to your practice and focus on content that is important to you. Sessions for each track will include:
