With the 2026 midterm elections approaching, join the American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Election Law Student Association (ELSA) for a lunch talk on the evolving fight over voting rights, election administration, and the integrity of American democracy. The discussion will explore current threats to voting access and fair representation, the role of litigation and state officials in protecting elections, and the legal battles likely to shape the coming election cycle.
Our speakers will be Christine Sun, Senior Vice President of Legal at the States United Democracy Center, and Sophia Lin Lakin, Director of the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project.
