After completing a federal appellate clerkship, Erin Mohan (JD ’11) joined the Department of Labor through the Office of the Solicitor Honors Program. At DOL, Erin provides legal advice and litigates cases involving a range of worker protection issues, including minimum wage, family leave, immigrant guestworker programs, employee benefit plans, and worker health and safety.
