Join the American Constitution Society (ACS) for Beyond the Doctrine, our lunch series that brings 1L doctrinal professors into conversation with students about their careers and scholarship beyond the classroom. This quarter, we’re joined by Professor Robert Rabin, who teaches Torts and is a leading scholar of tort law and legislative compensation schemes. We’ll discuss his work on tort litigation arising from violations of consumer protection statutes, including claims against social media companies and firearms manufacturers. We’ll also explore how these emerging areas of litigation connect to his broader scholarship and career.
