2019 has been the year of the Unicorn IPO, with several high-profile companies going public (or almost going public). The market has seen continued evolution of (and pressure on) governance structures and debates about the best way to access the public market. Please join the Rock Center for Corporate Governance as our panel of experts will address what we have learned from the IPO class of 2019 and what we might expect in the IPO market as we look ahead to 2020, focusing on topics such as direct listings, dual or multi-class share structures, founder control, and other governance issues.
