With Robert Mueller’s investigation in full swing, controversy over investigating the President is back in the news. But how has investigating the President changed over the course of American history? And what can that history do in helping us think about the important constitutional questions about the practice today? Please join the Constitutional Law Center for a discussion of this timely topic with notable guest Ken Starr. Having served in multiple positions in government–including independent counsel during the Clinton impeachment investigation–Starr will offer his thoughts on the past and future of investigations involving the President.
