Since president Nicolás Maduro subverted Venezuela’s constitution to assume a second term last month, the country has been in crisis. But what exactly is going on, and what are the chances that Venezuela can emerge from the chaos with a legitimate constitutional democracy? Moreover, what lessons does the crisis in Venezuela offer about the rule of law and the prospects of enduring constitutionalism? Join the Constitutional Law Center for a discussion of this important and timely topic with Diego Zambrano.
