Join us on October 30, 12:45-2pm for the kickoff event for the Consumer Law Advocates, Scholars & Students (CLASS) Network at SLS (lunch provided)! Whether you’re passionate about consumer law or don’t know the first thing about it, we encourage you to join us.
Professor Nora Freeman Engstrom will be giving an introductory presentation on the importance of consumer law. Co-Presidents Gabby, Suzanne, and Raj will then be providing an overview of the research, networking, and educational opportunities CLASS will provide over the coming year, and how SLS students can get plugged into the exciting world of consumer law. We’ll then be screening Hot Coffee, a documentary on consumer protection and tort reform.
