How do women attorneys persuade and influence? What are some of the implicit biases that impact women advocates? How does gender diversity impact team performance and outcomes? Join fellow Stanford Law School alumnae for a discussion on gender communication differences and research on advancement strategies for women.

The discussion will be led by Michelle Greer Galloway, BA ’86, JD ’89. Michelle is of counsel to the Cooley Litigation department. She speaks on a range of topics including attorney ethics, IP ethics, confidentiality and privilege, elimination of bias (including effective lawyering in multigenerational and multicultural environments), gender communication and career strategies, substance abuse, ediscovery, patent litigation, and law practice management.
