On Monday, Jan. 27th, Profs. Mark Lemley and Richard Epstein will debate one of the hottest IP issues today– “Is Intellectual Property Really Property?” This debate will cut to deep and fundamental questions about why, how, and should we protect intellectual property rights while examining the historical basis for our IP laws.
Because of the fundamental nature of this question, this debate will give an excellent introduction to the field of Intellectual Property to those with little or no experience. Because IP issues appear in a wide variety of practice areas, this is an event you should not miss!
