For the second time in Mexico City, the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance, a joint initiative of Stanford Law School and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford, will be co-hosting a Directors' College program in Mexico City with Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), a leading research university in Mexico.
This program will bring together Stanford and ITAM academics, in addition to local business leaders, policy makers, practitioners and regulators for a rigorous and balanced examination of corporate governance, strategy and compliance. The program will address a broad range of issues that confront modern boards in Mexico, such as boardroom dynamics, succession planning, new financial regulations and their effect in corporate governance, and executive and director compensation and evaluation.
This program is directed exclusively to board members and senior executives of Mexican companies.
