For the second time in Monterrey, the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance, will be co-hosting a program for corporate directors in Monterrey with EGADE Business School, the graduate business school of Tecnológico de Monterrey, a leading research university in Mexico.
This program will bring together Stanford and EGADE academics, in addition to local business leaders, policy makers, practitioners and regulators for a rigorous and balanced examination of corporate governance, strategy and compliance. The program will address a broad range of issues that confront modern boards in Mexico, such as executive compensation, boardroom dynamics, succession planning, shareholder protection strategies, and director evaluation and compensation.
This program is directed exclusively to board members and senior executives of Mexican companies.
