Please join the Stanford Federalist Society as we welcome Third Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas.  Holding degrees from Columbia University, Oxford University, and Yale Law School, Judge Bibas was previously a professor of law and criminology at the University of Pennsylvania Law School before his nomination and confirmation to the bench.  Before his career in academia, Judge Bibas was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.  Judge Bibas will discuss themes from his groundbreaking work on American criminal justice.
