Please join the Stanford Federalist Society as we welcome Professor Eugene Volokh.  Professor Volokh is the Gary T. Schwartz Professor of Law at UCLA School of Law.  A former clerk for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and Judge Alex Kozinski, Professor Volokh is the author of two textbooks, over seventy-five law review articles, and over eighty op-eds.  Professor Volokh is also the founder and coauthor of The Volokh Conspiracy, the famed libertarian, legal web-blog that now receives over 30,000 visits per weekday.  Professor Volokh will discuss the constitutionality of modern workplace harassment laws.
