This panel will look at different approaches to financing public interest litigation, from the nonprofit model that the ACLU uses to fund its impact litigation to the private public interest model that Relman, Dane & Colfax uses to fund its litigation practice through compliance. We will also hear from an attorney from The Impact Fund, which provides strategic and financial support for impact litigation and Outten & Golden, an employment law firm that uses a thriving private practice to fund employment discrimination cases.
