The Stanford International Arbitration Association (SIAA) is pleased to invite you to a guest lecture by Pinna Goldberg U.S. PLLC Partner David Riesenberg at Stanford Law School, dedicated to the Technology Disputes
International tech investments often bring together foreign investors, local partners, and host governments to build advanced infrastructure. When things go off track due to new regulations, resource shifts, or revoked approvals, investors may turn to different legal forums in multiple countries.
Over the past few decades, such cases have shaped key rulings in arbitration and national courts, redefining how cross-border tech disputes are resolved.
David Riesenberg, will explore major cases in this area and what they reveal about today’s global dispute-resolution landscape.
Please RSVP by February 20 to confirm your participation. Lunch will be provided by Pinna Goldberg U.S. PLLC.”
