Impeaching the President: Reflections on South Korea and Comparative Constitutional Law

On March 10 of this year, the Korean Constitutional Court issued the historic decision that dismissed South Korea’s former president. Professor Hahm will lead a discussion on the substance of that highly politicized decision, and the role of courts in maintaining proper balance between democracy and the rule of law.
