Join the Stanford International Arbitration Association (SIAA) for a webinar on Interim measures in institutional arbitration versus ad hoc (Panel II).

The speakers from arbitral institutions (Paul Di Pietro, Counsel at ICC International Court of Arbitration and Ana Lombardía, International Case Director for the ICDR Division of the AAA) and two independent arbitrators, Michael Lampert, FCIArb and Steven Skulnik, FCIArb, will discuss, among other things, pre-tribunal emergency relief in international commercial arbitration, seeking emergent relief in the arbitration as compared and contrasted with seeking it in court, expedited formation of the tribunal, and comparative analysis of institutional rules on emergency relief and expedited procedures. The webinar will be moderated by the SIAA’s President Andrii Chornous.
