Kirkwood Moot Court Competition – Semifinal Rounds

The Kirkwood Competition consists of a series of brief writing and oral advocacy activities conducted by the Moot Court Board in which 40 second- and third-year law students participate. The problem is based on an actual case and typically involves issues of developing legal significance in the areas of constitutional or federal statutory law.  Four teams will argue in the semifinals, with the two top teams advancing to the final round on February 6.
