Learn more about key topics and court cases from SLS alum Larissa Galimberti, partner at the São Paulo office of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, a Brazilian law firm that specializes in translating the country’s legal environment for the benefit of foreign clients. Ms. Galimberti’s areas of practice comprise technology transactions and licensing.

Bio:
Larissa Galimberti, SLS alum of the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology (2014), is the partner of the Technology and IP areas of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, one of the largest law firms in Latin America. Larissa worked as a foreign associate at Fenwick & West from 2014 through 2015. Her areas of practice comprise technology, privacy and data protection, IP, copyrights, and transactions and licensing, with a focus on new technologies, social media, software, data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), media and entertainment, and advertising. Larissa has broad experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution. Larissa also holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the São Paulo University School of Law – USP (2013) and is the author of articles and chapters of books in Brazil and abroad.
