This talk, which is based on Professor Kevin Jon Heller’s role as Special Adviser on War Crimes to the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, will discuss the future of the ICC in light of the Palestine investigation. He will provide a history of the Palestine investigation, explain the arrest-warrant applications, and discuss how American sanctions and Israeli pressure have affected — and will continue to affect — the work of the Court.
