In this webinar, Stanford Law School Dean Jenny S. Martinez will moderate a conversation with Professors Knight, Sivas, and Ho as they talk about new perspectives on fresh water, particularly drawing on advances in research, technology, and litigation to preserve and protect surface and groundwater. Professor Knight will discuss the use of advanced technologies to image the groundwater systems of California. Professor Sivas will share perspectives from litigating water issues in California. Professor Ho will discuss work with the EPA and state partners around the Clean Water Act.

This program is a joint collaboration between Stanford Law School and the Stanford School of Earth, Energy & Environmental Sciences. There will be a Q&A portion during the conversation.
