Ever felt like you’re talking at cross purposes with colleagues or clients? Like your boss constantly says one thing, but means another? Ever have trouble getting a message across that seems crystal clear to you? More likely than not, the miscommunication stems from a difference in style.

Everyone has a natural communication style. It’s great in some situations; not so effective in others. However, it’s easy to recognize and adapt to other styles once you know what they are. In this one-hour webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Your own communication style
  • The top 3 “tells” that help you identify the different styles of co-workers and clients
  • The most effective strategies for working with each style

As a lawyer, your job depends on how well you communicate. Join us to learn some new tricks to add to your arsenal!
