Jina Choi, a partner at Gibson Dunn and former head of the SEC’s San Francisco office, examines how AI tools intersect with privilege and confidentiality risks in legal practice. This discussion will address the risks of putting client data into AI platforms, the impact on privilege protections, and what reps and warranties firms should require regarding data handling.
