Stanford Law Startup Project – Founders Program – Startup Office Hours

Hosted by the Rock Center for Corporate Governance and the Stanford Law and Startup Project (SLASP), the two-part program will include the following:
Startup 101 — A crash course on emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) for founders taught by two Stanford Law School Professors.
Startup-Attorney Workshop — Founders will get to ask practicing attorneys legal questions for FREE in one-on-one sessions while small groups of Stanford Law students observe. Attorneys from a range of practice areas will be participating, including ECVC/corporate, IP/Patent, Immigration, Tech Transactions/Licensing, Employment, etc.
SLS students are invited to attend either or both programs to listen and learn from Stanford faculty and practicing attorneys advising startups. There are limited spaces available for these sessions.
