On March 28, 2013, President Obama established the Presidential Commission on Election Administration to identify best practices in election administration and to make recommendations to improve the voting experience. After a six-month review, the bipartisan commission released a 112-page report outlining specific suggestions to ease the voting process for Americans. Join Professor Nate Persily, JD '98, and Benjamin Ginsberg as they share their opinions and the findings from the report.

Professor Persily focuses on the law of democracy, addressing issues such as voting rights, political parties, campaign finance, and redistricting.

Benjamin Ginsberg, Commission Co-Chair and Member
Benjamin Ginsberg served as national counsel to the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign in both 2000 and 2004. In 2008 and 2012, he served as national counsel to the Romney for President campaigns. He currently serves as counsel to the Republican Governors Association.
