The SLS alumni community is invited to join GSB alumni at a private event hosted by the culinary experts at Sur La Table! In this annual social event, participants will watch while chefs explain and show recipe preparation and best cooking techniques, then share the resulting dinner. This culinary demonstration will feature seasonal flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
Sur La Table chefs will share ideas for using local farmers market ingredients, provide tips on choosing the freshest fruits and vegetables, and prepare several flavorful dishes with local roots. Guests will enjoy a private cooking show, excellent food, and matching wine! In addition, you’re invited to shop Sur La Table during the evening at a 10% discount.
The cost is $80 per person and includes dinner and wine pairings. Guests are welcome. The registration deadline is May 27.
Cancellations
