Shaking the Foundations is an annual conference that brings together the progressive community to discuss present and future issues within the movement, explore the role of young lawyers, and encourage attendees to work toward social and environmental justice. We invite you—law students, undergraduate students, and professionals—to submit ideas on progressive policy and advocacy issues to be presented at the 14th annual Shaking the Foundations conference this November.
Organizing a session is a great opportunity to get together some speakers on a topic you are interested in and collaborate with public interest students from other law schools. You’ll provide the vision and coordination to make your session idea a reality. We’ll provide the funding for speakers, planning assistance and a well-known conference where your idea will be presented.
Join us for an information session on April 23 at 12:45pm where we will discuss Shaking the Foundations, the proposal submission process, potential proposal ideas and other ways to get involved.
