Nathalia Alves has been working at Google for more than 05 years and is currently the Director of Products and Solutions for YouTube/Video Brazil. Nathalia was responsible for many of the launches and innovations in the platform, including Advanced Audiences, Measurable and Planning Solutions, as well as all YouTube products for Performance in Brazil. Nathalia also leads the Content and C-level programs which the objective is to help companies on their digital transformation through the knowledge about consumer, market and technologies. She is also the creator and sponsor of the Mental Health Community at Google BR, generating inclusion, sharing information, promoting open dialogue and offering mechanisms of help and support for those interested.
