Join us for a community teach-in about the disproportionately punitive prosecution of the Stanford 11, students and alumni who are being charged for felony vandalism by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office for engaging in a protest at the Stanford University president’s office in June 2024. This teach-in will contextualize the Santa Clara DA’s prosecutorial overreach within a broader wave of state criminalization of dissent.
