The Volume 67 Stanford Law Review symposium is a discussion of the way that judges, lawmakers, and litigants can use information to shape the legal system. Organized as a festschrift to Professor Richard Craswell, the symposium features discussion of five articles to be published in the June issue of the Law Review as well as conversations about using data about incentives, behavior, and costs to design regulations, litigation systems, contracts, and other important aspects of the legal landscape.
